4. Emotional and physical intimacy and foreplay
5. ni**le stimulation
6. using your senses to help you relax.

Mammals need a dark cosy place to birth in . so make your space as close to this as possible.

Is a doula worth it.
Most doulas I know they give their everything supporting a couple in labour. Her emotional and physical presence with constant calm and reassurance for the birthing mom and her partner and family.
