Medical Male Circumcisions (MMC)
For males 10 years and older

27 May 2024 @ Pofadder CHC (hospital)

10-17 yrs will need:
· Consent form (available at the above 2 clinic)
· ID of the Parents
· ID of Gaurdian
· Affidavit if Gaurdian is bringing the child

Adults should bring:
· ID
· Foreigners - Passport or Asylum document
