Morning all.
Some clients will ask me.. what do I mean when I refer to their ‘life force’? Opinions always differ. I understand it as.. Your life force energy is the same as in all living creatures and you not any different. It is the same substance that connects all of us to the one source and to each other, this is not limited to a religion or beliefs. There is no good or bad energy, but rather how the energy is used and if your intention is to do good or to do bad.

The problem with the word ‘in’ is that one we thinks it meaning inside. It is the same energy that flows though every living creature and all that exists. The life force is also referred to as your biofield, which in my opinion, like your reflection of your energetic self. Some look for energy on the ‘outside’ others see energy on the ‘inside’ of an individual. In traditional Japanese USUI Reiki we see ENERGY as complete, it is neither inside or outside - everything is energy. Energy can reflow. Energy is not made or destroyed, but rather be stimulated or activated. It’s like energy goes to sleep, it slow down or goes a little stagnant.

Most of see energy as a physical fuel and yes, it is a reflection of your mental state. So how do know if your energy level is low, or slow? - you will possibly start feeling sick or stressed, and if your energy feels high, your should feel balanced, healthy and relaxed. Well, it’s like - healthy mind, healthy body.

We will be offering Animal Reiki shortly - a new healing modality for your pets. At this stage we are not sure about the service price or duration (between R350-R400) For those out of town treatments, I will offer Long Distance Healing.
