Our residents had such a wonderful time getting their hands dirty, creating beautiful pieces and enjoying a fun, relaxed morning together 🎨🖌️

It was lovely to see everyone’s personalities shine through in their artwork, with lots of laughter, conversation and creativity filling the room.

With winter approaching, we recently had the privilege of donating 80 handmade blankets that the Knitting Ladies have worked tirelessly to make for those less fortunate 🧶

Some of the organisations we donated these blankets to were the Port Alfred Soup Kitchen and Bathurst Soup Kitchen, Loaves and Fishes, Huiz Dias and Marjorie Parrish Santa Centre.

We were honoured to give a little back to these amazing moms. From flowers to treats to simply sitting together and saying “thank you,” it was a morning full of hugs, happy tears, and so much warmth.

Our hearts were full at Damant Lodge as we shared a truly special day with the beautiful dancers from Sha-Loui DANCE School and the wonderful performers from Evergreen Theatre

Our residents enjoyed a festive lunch with delicious food, great company, and a special locally brewed beer tasting from Kraft Alchemy right here in Port Alfred.
