๐ Testicular Cancer Awareness โ A Gentle Reminder from KliniDoc Medical Centre
Testicular cancer is often treatable when caught early โ and sometimes the smallest changes can be the most important ones to notice. According to CANSA, signs to look out for include:
* Lumps or small masses
* Pain or discomfort
* A painless lump (even as tiny as a grain of rice)
* Swelling or enlargement of a testicle
* Noticeable shrinkage
* Changes in firmness or consistency
* A heavy or dull ache in the back, lower abdomen, groin, or sc***um
* Any painless lump that doesnโt improve with antibiotics
It may feel uncomfortable to talk about, but your health is worth the conversation. Regular self-checks and routine GP visits can make all the difference.
Your health matters. Your future matters. And the people who care about you โ they matter most of all.
