Healing doesn’t always begin with medicine. 🌿

Sometimes it starts with simply pausing, noticing a pattern and listening to what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

I’m reminded daily how powerful gentle awareness can be small shifts in digestion, sleep, mood, or energy are often your body’s early messages, not inconveniences to ignore.

Iron deficiency 🩸

Iron deficiency is one of the most common and overlooked nutrient deficiency.

Symptoms of iron deficiency:

- Fatigue/ weakness/ brain fog/ poor concentration
- Pale skin
- Dizziness
- Brittle nails
- Shortness of breath
- Hair looks

Iron deficiency is easy to fix, but dangerous to ignore.
