Midlands Physiotherapy is owned and run by Michelle Scheffer, a registered Physiotherapist. Michelle is an avid trail runner, mountain biker and yogi. She is also a qualified APPI Pilates Instructor. Michelle has spent 3 years working in private practice in Cape Town, where she has grown in great strides learning from incredible mentors, completing another diploma in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) and various other specialist courses. Midlands Physiotherapy believes in the power of movement and understanding of our incredible bodies. Michelle works with people of all walks of life- whether you are an elite runner or have pain from working long hours at your desk, Physiotherapy can be an empowering session to improve function, reduce pain and guide you to optimal well-being and health.
The practice is located at Cherry Place in Walmer, Port Elizabeth.
