I am offering pregnancy and postpartum sessions that can be done in a group setting or on an individual basis 😊
Exercise is so important during pregnancy as it can help reduce back pain, decrease your risk of gestational diabetes and preeclampsia, it promotes healthy weight gain during pregnancy and can also improve your overall health😊
Exercise during the postpartum period is so beneficial as it can help strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles, increase your energy levels, helps to prevent postpartum depression, it promotes better sleep and can also relieve stress 😊
