Anxiety isn't who you are. It's not a flaw or a weakness. It's the voice of a younger part of you, the part that once felt unsafe, uncertain, and unheard. The one that got stuck in survival.
Suffering from anxiety does not mean something is wrong with you.
So learning it is a part of you, and not all of you, can change everything.
It isn't a monster to fight.
It is a little child inside of you, just longing to feel safe, seen, and loved.
