When temps rise, so does the craving for something fresh, light, and protein-packed. 🌞🥒

These Cooling Chicken Cucumber Roll-Ups are an Elemental Healing summer go-to—for poolside snacks, light lunches, or those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking in the heat.

Save this for later 👇

Ingredients
• 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced into ribbons
• Cream cheese (or soft goat’s cheese)
• Shredded carrot
• Ripe avocado, thinly sliced
• Shredded cooked chicken
• Spicy yogurt-mayo dressing (Greek yogurt mixed with mayo & chipotle or chilli)

Instructions
●Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber lengthways into long, thin ribbons.
●Lay the ribbons slightly overlapping to form a flat base for rolling.
●Gently spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the cucumber.
●Layer on the shredded chicken, avocado slices, shredded carrot and a drizzle of your spicy dressing.
●Carefully roll it all up into a sushi-style log.
●Slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

Astrologically, we’re one day after the New Moon in Libra and in a Waxing Crescent — the tender sprout phase of the lunar cycle. Set intentions for harmony, beauty, and balanced relationships, then take a small, loving action to nourish them.

The Moon is in Scorpio, inviting deep emotional honesty and soul-level transformation. Let what’s true be felt, then let what’s heavy be released.

Here’s a crisp, 7-day self-care ritual you can follow (or mix-and-match) from your Equinox guide:

Your kit:
journal, water, and a quiet space.

Daily flow (15–30 min):
1. Ground & breathe — slow inhales/exhales; imagine roots from your feet.

2. Gentle cleanse — warm lemon water + easy movement (walk/yoga).

3. Heart opening — self-Reiki over the heart; invite forgiveness (incl. self).

4. Flow & release — shower visualization: let stress wash “down the drain.”

5. Purpose & intention — script one clear, positive intention for spring.

6. Light-body recharge — 5–10 min guided Reiki/meditation.

7. Equinox Eve ritual — light a candle, say your intention aloud, seal with Reiki.

Gentle supports:
a cup of rooibos/buchu, step outside for fresh air, or take a beach/nature walk.

Journaling prompts:
• What does renewal mean for me?
• Where can I invite more balance?
• What new habit will I plant this spring?

Good to know:
It’s beginner-friendly; if you miss a day, just continue—aim for 15–30 minutes daily.

Seasonal context:
