Stretch, smile and snuggle it’s Puppy Pilates time 🐶🧘‍♀

Join us for a heartwarming session of movement, mindfulness and cuddles with adorable pups from Save-a-Pet joining in to make the experience even more delightful.

Hosted by Eden Wellness Studio, this light and feel-good class is open to all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates fan or just coming for the puppy love you’re in for a treat.

It’s our 1st birthday soon, and we’re throwing a celebration filled with movement, community, and (of course) cake! 💚

✨ CLASS LINE-UP:
🔥 8:15AM – Full Body Fire with Ciska
A strong 45-minute Pilates burn class to fire up the whole body. Expect a proper burn, fun music, and that signature Eden energy.

🌙 9:15AM – Full Body Flow with Rachel
A slower, candlelit session focused on deep strength, lengthening and releasing tension. We’ll end with a peaceful moment of meditation to leave you feeling grounded and glowing.

🎟 ENTRY = Bring a leafy green indoor plant!
No flowers or succulents please – just something beautiful that will thrive and grow in Eden 🌱

Ever wondered who’s the girl behind Eden? 🤍

Well, here you go! I’m Ciska, the one making your legs shake and your core fire up in class. But there’s more to me than just the workouts. Here are some fun (and random) facts about me:

• I studied Biokinetics and graduated during Covid (fun times). 🤓
• A year ago, I never thought I’d have my own studio – but God opened doors!
• Not your typical instructor – no abs or ripped muscles here, but I can do all the movements (and make you feel them too).
• Favourite prop? The Pilates ball – aka the “hell ball” by most clients. ⚫️
• Least favourite? Mountain climbers – but they’re too effective to skip.
• Favourite class? Groovy Glutes – who doesn’t love a b***y burn?
• Obsessed with matcha 🍵 and you’ll often find me at Lola’s with a smoothie bowl!
• Favourite colour? Green, but I’m not a fan of red.
• My heart is in Thailand – and Thai food is my favourite. 🇹🇭
• I love bubble tea, but only the real deal from overseas!
• Best memories? Getting married and a magical day with the Ellies 🐘.
• I recently learned how to keep plants alive – hence all the greenery in the studio. 🌿
• A massive foodie who eats way toooo much for my size 👀
• I love camping and hikes with no power or WiFi (we’ve got two booked already).
• My husband is my favourite workout partner – we’re even doing a competition soon.
• Jesus saved me ✝️
• I get bored easily and always need to be doing something.
• I hate individual photos – you’ll catch me looking away in most of them. ( see above 😅 )
• Favourite time of the year - Christmas season 🎄
• I touched snow for the first time this year in Italy, but definitely a summer girly! ❄️
