Class Times:
🕘 Tuesday 9am — Strength & Length
🕓 Friday 4:30pm — Strength
🌅 Monday 6am — Strength (starting mid-November)

We’ll begin with a moderate temperature to help your body adjust before turning it up. 🔥🔥
