When joining or moving medical aids, you’ll be asked to provide membership certificates - and if you don’t have them, you could be charged a late joiner penalty.

👋 Meet our newest (temporary) team member… Genni!

The recent electricity outage in Gqeberha reminded us just how important a backup plan can be. Thanks to Genni (our generator), the lights stayed on, the plugs worked, and the WiFi kept going while the power was out.

We hope everyone managed to stay afloat during the outages - and while Genni has been incredibly helpful, we’re really hoping she’s a temporary employee we can say goodbye to for good soon. 😅

Here’s to fewer power cuts and smoother days ahead.
