Wishing everyone a Happy New Year 2025!

As I reflect on the past year I am filled with gratitude. Gratitude to God who is alive and active in our lives and hearts, who has made a way where there was no way. Gratitude for my wonderful husband, who loves unconditionally. Gratitude for young adult children who love to be with their family and who love God. Gratitude to come into the very sacred space of a mom bringing their child into this world. Gratitude to hold a mother's hand in the first few days after giving birth to their newborn, when feelings of inadequacy and guilt so easily creeps in. Because I remember what that felt like when I held my newborn in my hands. To say that, actually you're a wonderful mom, doing your very best. Gratitude to be able to help mothers feed their babies. Gratitude to get to know incredible families and see what a great team they are. Grateful for our new dog Ink who is gentle and loving.

Thank you to all the wonderful families who invited me into your sacred space. When I see pictures of your babies growing up, or run into you in the shops or surrounds with your babies, it is so incredible to see how your children are growing up so beautifully.

May this year be a wonderful year indeed. May all of our families stay strong as we strive to love, compromise and work on our relationships, seek to make healthy decisions and give good guidance to our little ones.

I’m so excited to have had Kirsty Teichert professionally film my Antenatal and newborn preparation classes to be able to give a good quality product for those families who are out of town or perhaps have something on and cannot attend one of the in person sessions 🩵

I am so excited that those couples do not have to miss out any more and are able to watch these sessions in the comfort of their own home 🩵

For the couples out of town, I am also happy to arrange an in person practical session once they have completed the online filmed session 🩵

A new Antenatal and Birth preparation class starting Monday 16th October. It will be the last class for year. Next class will start mid January.

I loved every minute of our Breastfeeding lounge Q&A time!

Moms were able to meet other mothers and ask questions pertinent to where they were at in their breastfeeding journey or even in preparation for breastfeeding.

It was awesome doing it with the amazing Diaan (physiotherapist) and Amber (Dietitian). We wanted to do
something that will help our wonderful moms in Gqeberha for Breast feeding Awareness week. What a wonderful group of moms it was!
