Hello my humans. It's 2025 and here is a little update:
I have relocated to Cape Town,
I have been showing up as a mental health professional by doing some training in career assessments and autism facilitation.
I have contributed to research in a student- clinic psychologist 's paper for their masters.
And I have been taking up space as a brown female with adhd ( formally diagnosed in 2014).
I have also been sharing topics such as menstruation that I am continuously learning about.
I am still here and there are new developments for this page. If you are still here, thank you, and if you are new, welcome to my little corner of the internet 💖🤍
