Colonics is not a Painful procedure. Sometimes when the client has an extreme amount of gas then it can get uncomfortable when the gas starts to move out.

FAQ: Can I still come for my Colonics treatment whilst having my menstrual cycle?
✅The answer is YES, you can!
It will really all depend on your personal preference and how intense your cycle is in regards to cramps and flow. Remember that the colon and the uterus are compacted in a relatively small area, thus the pressure that the water creates in the colon when we fill can add some pressure to an already unhappy uterus.
