Sjoe die jaar hardloop weer voort. Kom ons leef bewus van elke oomblik asof dit ons laaste is. Elke oomblik met jou kind, met jou man, met jou werkskollegas, met jouself. Die week speel ons nog met klei; terwyl jul saam speel of iets vorm, wees daar, fokus op jou kind en geniet dit.
