hat began as a 90 day challenge in January 2016 has grown into a revolutionary fitness cult with ladies in the friendly city of Port Elizabeth queuing for a spot in each upcoming 3-month challenge eager to earn their angel wings. Hel's Angels focuses on training MEAN and eating CLEAN with a programme that is tailored to address these two key aspects to assist women to embrace the NEW beautiful - STRONG, FIT and HEALTHY. The training programme mainly focuses on weights coupled with cardio. Ladies from all fitness backgrounds have benefitted on the programme whether starting as a beginner or with a degree of fitness in place. Runners and squash players have watched their performances peak after incorporating the Hel's Angels programme as a base fitness regime to add to their training. Not only is Hel's Angels a fitness group but a motivational and supportive group of ladies who forge great friendships and lift each other up - celebrating the joys of their new-found health and happiness together. It is this unique combination that has made Hel's Angels the success it is. The home of Hel's Angels is Profiles Health Club found on the William Moffett Express Way, Walmer Downs, Port Elizabeth South Africa.

⚠️Heat Pet Safety
Unlike humans, many pets cannot sweat effectively. They rely on panting and drinking water to regulate their body temperature.

✅Hydration is key: Provide plenty of fresh, cool water. Consider ice cubes as a fun treat.

✅Adjust exercise routine: Schedule walks and playtime for early mornings or evenings. Choose shady areas over hot pavement. Avoid walks after baths/swims.

✅No asphalt: Asphalt gets very hot and can burn your pet's paws, so walk your dog on the grass if possible. Always carry water with you to keep your dog from dehydrating.
⚠️'Seven Second Test': if the back of your hand can't stand the heat on the asphalt, it's too hot for a walk.

✅Indoor comfort: Keep pets indoors during peak heat hours, especially with air conditioning or fans. Provide different temperature zones for them to choose from.

✅Shade is essential: If outdoors, ensure ample shade throughout the day as the sun moves.

‼️Never leave pets in cars: Car temperatures can rise 7°C in just 10 minutes, even with cracked windows!
