Kinetic Kidz Kinderkinetics Centre

Kinetic Kidz Kinderkinetics Centre At Kinetic Kidz we focus on the development and improvement of children's gross motor- and sport skills.

Kinetic Kidz Kinderkinetics Centre is a practice owned by Kinderkineticist Seugnet Steyn who graduated in 2010 from the University of the Free State with a BA Hons (Kinderkinetics) (Cum Laude). Gross motor development lays the foundation for essential fine motor- and further development, needed for school readiness. Our modern lifestyle produces passive children, therefore low muscle tone, developmental coordination disorder and obesity are some of the problems addressed during sessions. Sessions are carefully and scientifically shaped to improve any delays your child might have. We focus on skills such as:

• Coordination
• Laterality
• Balance
• Spatial Orientation
• Locomotion
• Agility
• Reaction time
• Rhythm
• Sensory Stimulation
• Motor Planning
• Body awareness

On offer at Kinetic Kidz:

• Various movement and motor development programmes
• Sessions for individuals or small groups
• Remedial and customized outcomes
• Many focus areas such as total wellness or sport development
• Internationally recognized assessments
• A FREE introductory session

👂 👂
Ear infections can indeed be serious, especially if left untreated. While many ear infections resolve on their own, complications such as hearing loss, balance issues, or more severe infections can occur if not addressed promptly.

Consulting an Audiologist or a healthcare professional can help determine the extent of the infection, ensure proper treatment, and prevent further complications.

If you're concerned about your child's ear health, it's always a good idea to seek medical advice for the best care and peace of mind.

💪Did you know?💪

Larger muscles in the core, arms, and shoulders typically develop first. These muscles play a crucial role in foundational movements, such as lifting, crawling, and climbing, helping children gain strength and stability. Once these larger muscle groups are established, the focus shifts to developing the smaller muscles in the hands.
