I have had this thought in my mind for a long time, not wanting to post anything because it's business... Thing is, people come see me because they like me as a person, I explain alot, I ask alot of questions and I want to find solutions to their pain and see results.
I am meant to be a up and up tech savvy person being in a new Era of COVID 19 but I'm not going to do the live videos unless my kids drag me to do it, I'm not going to be in your face all the time everyday and I do realize this is what creates business (being exposed). I would like my name, my ethic, my relationships with my patients, my character, my knowledge and my ability and willingness to do the talking on my behalf, with the help of patients talking and referring patients to me...

So one day when you do see a video update, then... That would be my sons dragging me to do it.. Until then I'll keep posting about health, about life....

So I started learning French and on the app it says tips in one tab then the next says start lesson... Me being Ilona rushed into start lesson... I did this for a week without checking the tips just to find out when I eventually clicked on the tips tab it explains the now difficult work and it's sooooo much easier....

My point is, in life we rush in way too quickly without looking at the tips( red flags, stopping and observing). Once we read and understand the "tips" which I believe are God given, life becomes easyish and we become wiser for waiting.

I believe when we read our bibles, it is "tips" for life, "tips" for love, "tips" on how to treat people, our families, our parents, our children and how to do business.
My lesson... STOP RUSHING IN, BREATHE, TAKE IT EASY, WAIT JUST A BIT AND READ THE SIGNS AND RED FLAGS
