Reservations ---------------- Bookings are only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received. Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance, will result in a 25% fee on your deposit. Should you cancel your reservation more than two weeks in advance, a 5% admin fee will be charged. Laundry ---------- Laundry services are offered. Arrivals and Departures ----------------------------- Check in is from 14h00 on weekdays, and 12h00 on weekends. Check out will be by 11h00. Complimentaries -------------------- Coffee, Tea and Sugar are provided in the kitchen. The fridge is stocked with various items which can be purchased. Smoking ---------- Please note that smoking inside the chalet is not allowed. Ashtrays and chairs have been provided on the veranda directly outside the door for you to use.
