Weight-loss and glp1: social media tends not to elaborate on the effort and work that needs to happen behind the scenes, to result in those "amazing and magic" Weight-loss results....
as seen in examples below: if your weight-loss injection suppress your appetite, our work is done, what you do, and the effort you put in, will show on the scale

Client A has the wanted side effect of appetite suppressant and follows a calorie deficit eating plan.
Client B told us it is suppressing her appetite, but the scale doesn't show that any effort is being made.....

Which client are you: the one that works with it , or the one that sits back and waits for the "magic" to happen 🧐

Re:appointments - if you have booked an appointment, and do not show up, without having the decency to inform us of cancelation or re scheduling, we will not book you again. Our time is valuable, and we have to to tell our loyal and regular clients that we are fully booked, meantime we could have booked them, if you informed us. Your appointment time is set out especially for YOU, and just not showing up, means a lost of income and waste of our time.
