With Spring🌷🌻 around the corner, so to is our Bring a Friend Week! 👩🏽🤝👨🏾👬👨🏿🤝👨🏼👩🏻🤝👨🏾We invite friends, family members and work colleagues to experience CrossFit as an exciting, full body workout, tailored in class to your current level of fitness. 🏃♂️🤸♂️💪Showing up to your first class is all that is needed for you to see that CrossFit can be the workout method, facility and social circle that you have been missing out on! From 1 to 6 September, attend as many classes as you want, and see if this is for you.
🕘⏳️🕰Class times are 5h30, 8h30, 12h00, 17h10 and 18h20.
Newcomers are warmly welcomed by the coach 🦸on duty and mutually introduced to all members attending the class. The Workout of the Day is on the board, 🔡✍️with all the scaling options, or level of ease. Coach will discuss this with the individual class members.
Warmups will then be done by instruction, with all participants doing the same. After this, select your level, your movements and your weights, and then stand ready as the countdown begins. The workout is normally between 12 and 24 minutes, with exceptions. Sometimes a short workout will be done before the main one. The daily variety keeps the workouts interesting, and challenging. Once the clock signals the end of the workout, everyone can catch their breath, coach will congratulate and fistbump everyone 🤛,members each other, and then share which parts were more and less challenging. Jokes are cracked, some head to the showers🚿while others drink coffee ☕️
Total time is about 45 mins from start to finish.
