WHY YOU NEED BSR TO RELEASE BUILT-UP TENSION:
Your brain processes massive amounts of information from your sense organs, muscles, and chemical receptors. The system that filters these is the reticular activating system, and it is vital to our well-being, as we would be completely overwhelmed without it.
In the same way that we stop noticing the ticking of a clock after hearing it for a while, this system also has a dampening effect on the nerves, causing the body to cease taking instructions and allow tension to be stored. The 3 Phases of Body Stress Release (BSR)
Body Stress Release is a gentle yet powerful process that helps unlock layers of stored tension. The journey follows three phases:
1. Intensive Phase – Essential starting point
Day 1, Day 4, (sometimes Day 7), and Day 11.
This phase addresses the immediate reasons you may seek BSR, such as pain, discomfort, postural strain, headaches, or emotional stress.
2. Subsequent Phase – Supporting deeper release
Sessions once a week or every second week (depending on your body’s needs).
Here, we continue releasing deeper layers of tension, helping your body return to a more balanced state of well-being.
3. Maintenance Phase – Your commitment to long-term health
Once every 3 weeks, monthly, or every 6 weeks.
This phase helps you sustain the benefits, supporting resilience and ongoing wellness.
