Feeling heavy, drained, or energetically off? This gentle cleansing ritual helps release unwanted energy and restore your natural balance. 🧿

🌿 What You Need:
• White candle
• Quiet, calm space
• Your focused intention

🔮 Steps:
1. Light your white candle and sit comfortably before it.
2. Take a few slow, deep breaths to center yourself.
3. Pass your hands slowly through the candle’s warmth (not the flame), then sweep your hands down your body from head to toe, as if brushing away heavy energy.
4. Softly affirm:
“Any negative energy sent my way is now released and returned to light.”
5. Allow the candle to burn safely for a few minutes, then gently extinguish.

It’s been a while, but I’m finally back here on Instagram and Facebook after a long break. Sometimes life has a way of slowing us down, and that’s exactly what happened to me. I moved, got married, finished a book and my mom passed away But now, I’m easing myself back in and taking things one step at a time.

As I return, I’m excited to reconnect with you all and share updates about The Celtic Mystic. We’ve got so much in store, but for now, I’m keeping it slow and steady. Let’s re-build together, bit by bit. 🦋
