Moon Souls Children's Yoga offers weekly yoga classes for children between the ages of 3 and 12 years old. The classes are 45 minutes long and incorporate: breathing techniques, postures, relaxation and yoga games. It is not only the physical side that is nurtured, but also the children's feelings and emotions. This is done by making them more aware of the way they view themselves, others and the
world around them. All of this is done in a fun and non-competetive environment, using stories, props, songs and their imaginations! The classes will be split into 2 age groups:
3-7 year olds
8-12 year olds
The 3 to 7 year olds:
During each class, we will go on a new adventure, in which the breathing, warm ups, postures, relaxation and game, will be based upon. The 8-12 year old class:
These classes are still theme related, but will focus more on anatomy, holding postures for a longer period of time and with an extended relaxation at the end of the class. Children's yoga has so many amazing benefits for your child:

-Children who learn yoga at an early age have a healthy head start in life. This is especially important in our fast-paced and stressful world. The first term of yoga will start on the 27th of July and will end on the 21st of September: 8 weeks in total. The cost for the classes:
1 month (4 weeks): R220
Full term (8 weeks): R380
