PORT SHEPSTONE REGIONAL HOSPITAL WELLNESS DAY – A CELEBRATION OF HEALTH, FITNESS & FUN!
The much-anticipated Wellness Day for Port Shepstone Regional Hospital kicked off in spectacular style this morning at Marburg Sports Ground, Port Shepstone, starting at 08:00 sharp under a beautiful sunny sky with a refreshing cool breeze – perfect weather for a vibrant and energetic day!

The event opened with a warm and inspiring welcome from the Hospital CEO, Mr Zakanzima Mbethe, who officially set the tone for the day with powerful words of unity, wellness and team spirit.
Immediately after the welcome, the energy levels soared as the 1 Hour & 30 Minutes Aerobics Team took to the stage – starting with a bang and getting everyone moving and sweating! Sister Debbie Rossow, the ever-energetic and engaging Programme Director, kept the crowd hyped throughout the day with her vibrant energy and infectious enthusiasm.
Exciting activities lined up for the day include:
Egg & Spoon Race – bringing out the competitive and fun-loving spirit in participants
Umlabalaba – showcasing traditional brain games and strategy
Soccer & Netball Matches – featuring thrilling inter-facility showdowns full of cheers and laughter!
