Covid-19 a global pandemic we have all come to know and hate.

Today I want to give thanks to ALL Healthcare workers; doctors, allied healthcare workers, cleaners, pharmacist and especially to our nursing staff who work more than 12hour shifts to take care of our loved ones.

We salute you in fighting a battle that not everyone witnesses, the emotional and physical battle of Covid-19.

Let's all do our part and help them by wearing our masks, and staying safe.

Both of these are favourites of mine, BUT, there is always a BUT...

Margarine has a lot less saturated fat than butter. 👍

With margarine you will be able to thinly spread, butter on the other hand you will use A LOT more to spread on your bread.

There are many other alternatives to spread on your bread; avocado pear, hummus and low fat/fat free cottage cheese😁😁.

Always ovenbake/air-fry, do not add oil. Home made from fresh produce is always better.

This will always form part of your 20% rule.
