Dear Valued Patients and Community,
I would like to inform you of an important change at Healthcare@Fountain.
After much consideration, I have decided to significantly scale down my clinical services and will, going forward, focus primarily on Vitamin Therapy.
As part of this transition:
- General clinical services will be gradually phased out.
- I still have limited stock of certain chronic medications available for a short period. Patients who require these are welcome to contact me as soon as possible.
- I encourage all patients on chronic medication to make alternative arrangements with their healthcare provider to ensure continuity of care.
This decision was not made lightly, and I remain committed to supporting you during this transition. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
