Hearing care isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Sometimes, we tweak settings or change strategies, that’s part of the process, and we’re with you for the long haul.
The goal of great care?
You feeling confident, informed, and empowered.
We’re here to help get you there, and stay there.
YOU’VE GOT THIS!!!

You are the expert of your own experience; we’re here to guide, not dictate.
The best outcomes happen when we work together, as partners in your hearing health... and that included the family and friends.
We absolutely insist on bringing your important OTHERS to your follow up sessions! They are part of this team too.

Wow.. well SAID!!!
Whatever the situation, it’s always important that you can recognise the sounds around you.
Our BiCore hearing aids ensure you can clearly hear speech sounds such as a remark made by a team mate or friend, while also staying aware of other sounds in the environment.
Improving listening takes time and repetition, your brain is relearning how to hear. Celebrate small wins, and don’t be discouraged by setbacks.

5. Follow-Up with Your Audiologist
Have your hearing aids fine-tuned regularly.
Ask if directional microphones, noise reduction, or Bluetooth accessories can help in specific situations.
Consider joining a listening support group or hearing rehab program.

What is TINNITUS??!!
Tinnitus is a symptom and not a disease. That’s why it can have many causes and sometimes it takes a lot of investigation to identify its roots and treat them.

4. Use Communication Strategies
Ask others to FACE YOU when they speak.
Don’t hesitate to say, “Can you repeat that more SLOWLY?”
Choose quiet spots in restaurants or social settings, or position yourself with your back to a wall to reduce background noise.
Let people know you wear hearing aids, most will be understanding and more considerate.
