MYTH:
“Better to wait until I really can’t hear, I’m not ready yet.”
FACT:
The earlier you treat hearing loss, the better. Delaying help can make it harder for your brain to adjust later. Early use of hearing aids helps preserve speech understanding and keeps you socially connected.
👉 Don’t wait. Hear2Help is here for you.

MYTH:
“If I use hearing aids, my ears and brain will stop working on their own.”
FACT:
Hearing aids stimulate your brain and help it stay sharp. Untreated hearing loss causes the brain to miss sound signals, which can lead to auditory deprivation. Wearing hearing aids keeps those sound-processing areas active and engaged.
👉 Hear2Help is here to support your hearing journey.

Just like the gym strengthens your body, varied listening strengthens your hearing.
Tip 5: Challenge your ears a little each day.
Try watching TV with captions, chatting in a café, or listening to the radio. Start simple and build up.

Yes, you can adjust the volume, but only a little! Modern hearing aids are smart and mostly self-adjusting.
Tip 4: Don’t constantly tweak.
Use the volume only if absolutely necessary. If you’re adjusting all day long, your settings might need an update.
Contact Hear2Help to check if your automatic programs are doing their job right.
