For over 23 years, I have worked in therapeutic practice supporting people through physical treatments, body awareness, and holistic wellbeing.
Over time, one thing became increasingly clear: many people are not only carrying tension in the body, but also emotional pressure, relationship stress, self-doubt, and the weight of not always having the words for what they feel.
Through years of working closely with clients, I have seen how emotional clarity can create meaningful change. When we better understand what we feel, what we need, and how we respond, it often becomes easier to communicate clearly, establish healthier boundaries, and relate more consciously to ourselves and others.
Alongside my in-person work, I now offer Emotional Clarity Sessions — 60-minute online sessions via WhatsApp video call.
These sessions provide a gentle, grounded space for reflection, self-understanding, and clearer communication.
My work supports people in areas such as emotional clarity, self-esteem, boundaries, emotional exhaustion, and relationships with self and others.
