Our beauties, the past week Asteria Aesthetics, Slimzone, our directors, management, and doctors faced an incredibly difficult situatiation. We provided an influencer with an opportunity, laying out the boundaries in our business, sharing confidential information, as well as providing a platform to build from. A few months post, several negative stories about our directors, companies, products and more were brought to our attention.

Those stories damaging to us both in personal and business reputation, with many ther people coming forward to warn us with proof that this person was also doing the same work out there behind our backs privately. Disappointing to the core and not legal.

Stating not being part of our group, whilst commitments signed were still in place, without any discussions....(Not to mention the contious threats of divulging confidential information shared.

So much for a person, we as directors/companies trusted enough to help financially upfront and more. Then setting up another person, to use a false name in order to contact your clients/patients, to rather move over to their new brand.

Fortunately, our legal team has taken the wheel. However, to me, it is most hurtful and disappointing. We are not in a position to mention names, due to our and our doctor's legal cases that have been instituted.
