"Aligned in April" is a unique blend of yoga and Pilates (see our new offering on Monday afternoons), designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and move with greater awareness. Last Fridayโs Yin class with Tina Nace was a beautiful reminder of why we return to this practiceโagain and again. Yin Yoga is more than just stretching; itโs a deep surrender, an invitation to slow down and soften.
As we settled into stillness, we were reminded that Yin isnโt just about the bodyโitโs a practice for the mind and heart as well. The quiet moments in each pose allowed us to release, not just physically, but mentally, shedding layers of tension and resistance.
Yin teaches us patience. It teaches us trust. It reminds us that slowing down is not a sign of weakness, but a profound strength.
Thank you, Tina Nance HELD School of Embodied Self Integration for guiding us back to this wisdom. May we carry this softness into the future๐
