Advancing fertility care requires more than treatment. It takes ongoing learning, collaboration, and global perspective.
From 17โ19 April 2026, the University of Pretoria Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Unit hosted a leading Reproductive Medicine Conference at Future Africa Conference Centre.
Under the theme โBridging Gaps in Reproductive Medicine: From Fertility to Family and Beyond,โ the conference brought together experts committed to strengthening clinical practice and shaping the future of reproductive health.
The programme explored key areas including hysteroscopic surgery, sexual and reproductive health and rights, gynaecological ultrasound, fibroid management, infertility nursing, and assisted reproductive laboratory technologies. Pre-conference workshops focused on practical skills, while the main sessions created space for meaningful discussion, reflection, and progress.
The keynote address was delivered by Judith Nemadzinga-Tshabalala, with a video introduction by Steve Letsike, and hosted by Flavia Senkubuge.
At Femicare Fertility Centre, we are proud to stay connected to both local and international expertise, having recently hosted Prof Hassan and Dr Mburu from the World Health Organization (WHO).
Because staying informed allows us to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based fertility care.
