✓ Maintain a balanced diet rich in antioxidants
✓ Exercise regularly (but avoid excessive heat to the testicles)
✓ Manage stress through healthy coping mechanisms
✓ Limit alcohol and avoid smoking
✓ Consider HPV vaccination if appropriate
✓ Communicate openly with your partner
