On Sunday, I held a close out ceremony with the 2024/2025 Sacred Goal Setting Cohort. Together, we honored the journey we’ve walked and opened ourselves to the light of what is yet to come.

We worked with the energy of the Sun its warmth, clarity, and life-giving essence. As we basked under its golden rays, my spirit was drawn to this tree along our path.

Its roots stretching firmly into the earth whispered a reminder:

- Stay rooted and grounded.

- Anchor into the Root Chakra, the seat of safety, stability, and trust.

- From deep roots, we rise.

In that moment, the tree became a living teacher, reminding me that true expansion and higher vision are only possible when we are anchored in who we are and what we value most.

As we move forward into the new year, may we each find strength in our roots, balance in our being, and courage to grow towards the light.
