Applying daily sun protection is key to keeping your skin, eyes, and lips healthy and reducing your risk of skin cancer. Here are simple habits to include every day:

• Apply broad-spectrum SPF
• Wear hats and protective clothing (long-sleeved)
• Seek shade during peak hours (12-2pm)
• Use sunglasses to care for your eyes.
• Apply SPF lip balm to care for your lips.
