World Class Fibre for homes and businesses

Lightstruck is a next generation digital utility, installing world class fibre to homes and businesses across Southern Africa.

Established in 2016, we focus on the development and ownership of last mile fibre networks in Southern Africa. Through application of infrastructure principles to our networks, we plan and build the best possible networks with minimal components and guaranteed high uptimes. To achieve this, we use only the very best design tools, principles and choose only the very best suppliers for our strategic partners.

We are backed by Eaglestone, a leading international infrastructural player, focused on Southern Africa. Whereas the Lightstruck team is comprised of highly experienced individuals that bring a wealth of experience in the deployment of fibre optic networks in Southern Africa, the combination of Eaglestone and our team boasts over 60 years of infrastructure experience across all continents. We have collaborated over the past 15 years in several infrastructure transactions totalling over $10bn.

We are currently represented in 3 Sub-Saharan regions and more will follow in due course.
