WHAT IS SCIO? - in short?

Our body's are made of electrical functions between the brain and all other bodily functions and back. This "communication" emits a frequency that can be interpreted by the SCIO, a very sophisticated instrument. The abnormal frequency from a cell in distress will then be prioritized by the SCIO and a (normal cell function) frequency can be sent back to the cell. This will enable the cell and cells to heal it self.
