Tribute to a remarkable Lady:
Ouma Veronica, you were with us for only a short while. During this time you gained our respect and we fell in love with you. You never complained, but instead had a witty sense of humour. You spoke to each and everyone dealing with you in his/her native language. You answered my ā€œMĆ“re Oumaā€ with a ā€œGoeie mĆ“re my Skattebolā€. You were sĆ³ brave during your battle for each breath you took, never complaining, suffering in silence. I often wished that I could help you catch double gasps of breath, just so that you could have it easier.
We will miss you dearly, but we also know that you now have unlimited breaths to sing with the angels and wander hand in hand with our Father in His beautiful gardens.
May your beautiful soul rest in peaceā€¦
