Easter Friday Flow at Shiva Yoga Studio. What a beautiful way to spend the morning, moving, stretching, and sharing energy together. Yesterday’s Easter Friday class with Kim was filled with smiles, strength, and serenity. From grounding poses to uplifting stretches, everyone showed up with such positive energy, truly what yoga is all about. Grateful for this amazing community and the space we create together.
