1. Prioritize self-care: Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup. Make time for activities that recharge you, even if it's just a few minutes a day.

2. Connect with other moms: Building a support system of fellow parents who understand the struggle can make a world of difference. Share your feelings and experiences - you're not alone in this.
