Whether you're grinding through homework or binge-watching study videos, your eyes are doing A LOT. Here's how to keep them in top shape:

📚 Position your screen right. Arm's length away and slightly below eye level. Your neck and eyes will both be grateful

👓 Actually wear your glasses. We know contacts are easier, but if you're prescribed glasses for certain tasks, use them. They're there for a reason

👀 Blink more. Sounds weird, but when you're focused on a screen, you forget to blink. Remind yourself!

💡Make your study space eye-friendly. Good lighting isn't just aesthetic, it actually helps you see better and reduces strain

📅 Annual eye exam = non-negotiable. Catch any changes early so you're always seeing clearly
