🎉So trots op jou Estelle. Jou verantwoordelikheidsin en dissipline om jou lewe te verander was merkwaardig.🎉

Die vraag was, wat het Dinamic Life Coaching vir my beteken?

Vir n rukkie het ek nie woorde gehad nie en moes bietjie rustig raak en net om my kyk, wat ek was en wat ek vandag is.
Dis n 180° draai. Waar ek voorheen baie gesukkel het met woede, wantroue, vergifnis.

En die belagrikste my Geloof.
Die 10 weke kursus. Het my besigheid om gedraai na, van in die rooi, na n skuld vrye en in die groen. Ek het 'War Tools" gekry wat my help om my woede te kan beheer en mense kennis op te bou. (Ons werk nog hard aan die introvert)

My huwelik is die beste wat dit was in 21 jaar. Ek het geleer dat doelwitte klein stappies vorentoe is, maak nie saak hoe lank dit jou vat nie, solank jy nie opgee nie. Die rewards op die eind streep is Amazing.

Kies verandering, en laat jouself groei. Jy verdien dit.

Another testimony of a client who finished the Dynamic Life Coaching course.

I didn’t know much about life coaching. I thought it was for already highly-successful go-getter-types and not for a “normal” person like me.
A friend of mine told me that she was doing it and that it was helping her a lot in terms of limiting beliefs, etc. I bit the bullet and gave it a try and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that no matter where you are in your life and no matter what career you have, life coaching can help you wherever you are.
I thought it would be like another “self-help” book effect: no effect, but it really has given me the tools and the permission to accept and believe and now KNOW that I can change the things I was unhappy with. I can change the things I don’t like! It sounds so simple, but I never realized that!
We don’t have to be stuck in our old ways and beliefs. I have gone from being very negative towards life and myself to believing and knowing that there is hope in change and that this change is achievable for anyone if you put in the work.
Lizelda was so patient and insightful and guided me through the difficult questions I never even thought to ask to get to know myself. I learnt this at the age of 48 and even though it’s never too late, I wish I had learnt these things a lot sooner!
The things I learnt through life coaching will stay with me for life and I can apply the skills in every area of my life even one day when I’m retired and eating cake and jelly tots on my sofa one day! 🤩💖🎉
