To all the mammas who want to exercise, but do not know what to do before & after pregnancy…I’ve got you!!! 😉💪
Whether you are expecting or recovering post-partum the pre- & post-natal individual/group exercise sessions are tailored for you.
Biokineticists use science based & individualized exercise to tailor exercise to your needs & fitness level.
There is more to fitness than meets the eye & I am here to help you realise that. As a mom myself, I know that we put ourselves lasts, but I want to urge you to give yourself 45minutes 1-2 times per week.
A strong core & pelvic floor is the basis of my pre-& post natal program. Add in some exercises to strengthen your legs, back & arms with stretches to improve your flexibility and ease those stiff muscles.
Sessions will be at Planet Fitness Silverlakes & you do not need a gym membership to come and see the biokineticist. 😉
Individual & group options available & I am giving each mom a free InBody assessments once per month so that we can track your progress. 😉✅
