Tired or Fatigued? Know the difference.

🛌 Tiredness is short-term. Rest usually fixes it.

😓 Fatigue is ongoing, deeper and does not improve with sleep. It can be linked to anaemia, thyroid problems, stress or depression.

Deep Vein Thrombosis DVT is a blood clot that forms in a deep vein, usually in the leg. It can become serious if the clot travels to the lungs.

• Swelling in one leg
• Pain or tenderness in the calf
• Warmth over the area
