My dears I was able to spend the afternoon on yesterday, on the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, I was speaking with teenage students about my experience.

I truly love to connect with people who are WILLInG to feel, to adapt and ultimately to grow and become their best self.

All that I’ve learned in the last 80 years since liberation comes down to one powerful concept : choice. You have the choice to be a survivor or a victim. May I suggest focusing on being a survivor.

To get a free video with some clips of me speaking at recent events just type “Edie” and my team will send a DM over to you.

I hope to be a useful part of your journey and give you the wisdom I’ve discovered along the way.

With Love,
Edie

Subject: Enrollment and communication PNT2024

As we get ready to open for enrollment of first years in 2024 we now pay particular attention to our communication. We literally have too few staff to do this well and it is so important. Nthabiseng Shongwe (a member of many of our WhatsApp groups) is our volunteer communications team member (second year in PNT).

I would love for you to link up with her if you can contribute in any way. (This could entail anything from being willing to spread some flyers at your church or organisation, being willing to share our communication on your social media profile, or creating social media content on any of our main social media profiles.) If you reach out to Nthabiseng or raise your hand we can get into the detail.

You can even save some money on your outstanding tuition fees or raise funds for your next enrollment (like Supervision). However, if you want to approach it formally you will need to fill out this student referral form.
https://forms.gle/LtEsZa6GEao2cDCi8 Whichever way, we truly appreciate your efforts.

Nthabiseng Shongwe is part of most of the class groups and you are welcome to reach out to her directly. You can also reach out to me personally.

We count on our community to collectively expand hope-collaboration in the world.

WHY SIMCHA?

We base our program on The Narrative Approach

The narrative approach creates space where clients can renegotiate their relationships with the problem. It provides relief and a course of action to take whilst reducing guilt and blame and leaving room for responsibility.

Seperating the person’s identity from the problem

We speak differently about problems

Reduce guilt and shame
