Not because people want to talk about loss, but because it’s not always clear what to do with it.

At Sungardens, these workshops create a space where you can come as you are, without pressure.

You can listen and begin to understand what you’re going through.

Our bereavement workshops are open to everyone.

Many people don’t attend something like this because they’re unsure of what to expect.

This is a bereavement workshop, a space for people who are experiencing loss or grief, or who may be supporting someone going through it.

It’s not a lecture, and it’s not a heavy environment.
It’s simply a place where you can come, sit, listen, and learn.

There is no pressure to talk or share, you’re welcome just as you are.
