Cloete Occupational Therapy is a national practice specialising in employee health, wellbeing, safety, and functional capacity in relation to job demands.
We would like to offer our services to all corporate companies, specifically in the areas of:
- Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) with detailed reports on an employee’s physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities or limitations
- Recommendations regarding job‑fit, reasonable accommodation, alternative placement, return‑to‑work planning, medical incapacity, and ill‑health retirement where applicable
- Tailored rehabilitation and job‑fit programs to support successful work performance or return to work
Ms Cloete, our head therapist and pratice owner, have 15 years of clinical experience, and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Work Practice & Vocational Rehabilitation), and extensive expertise in insurance, medico‑legal work, and rehabilitation.
Our job‑fit and rehabilitation programs include pre‑vocational training, workplace compliance, physical and neurological rehabilitation, cognitive‑behavioural interventions, work conditioning, ADL training, ergonomic adaptations, pain and stress management, psycho‑emotional coaching, and skills development to support sustainable work participation.
