We’re hosting a one-day Polyvagal workshop in Stellenbosch on Saturday 7 June — open to anyone wanting to shift out of stress or shutdown and move towards more regulation and connection.
We’ll work with horses, movement, breath, and practical tools — with space for warm conversation by the fireplace, nourishing food, and shared insights.
