Tracey Steynberg Nutrition.Aesthetics This is me. I am skin specialist, nutritional consultant, live blood analyst. We are all connected skin, body, soul. One cannot be healthy without the other.

I have a holistic approach to health. I am the owner of Live Smart Gauteng and I am a Skin Specialist. My journey started in skin care, but I have come to realize that we cannot separate the parts of us, we are a whole and when we focus on our core health then most other things fall into place. It was this realization which lead me to Live Smart and my journey to nutrition consultation. Live Smart was founded in 2006 with a vision to help others in a truly natural and holistic way. We see success in the faces of our clients everyday. Our goal is for YOU to reach optimum quality of life through nutrition. We find that our clients are more successful in their quest to health because they are given our full support. Using Live blood analysis as a ‘tool’ we build your body up to its optimum. As mentioned before my roots are skin care and I do still offer and specialize in Collagen Induction Therapy and Skin Resurfacing treating, ageing, acne, sensitivity and pigmentation
