What an incredible event this past weekend! We just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to every single person who showed up, supported, participated, and brought such amazing energy.

From the smiles, the teamwork, the effort, and the positive spirit. You all made the day something truly special. This is exactly what community, wellness, and togetherness look like, and we don’t take that for granted.

To our partners, supporters, and volunteers… Your time, commitment, and willingness to serve made everything possible. Events like these are never a one-person effort, and we appreciate each of you more than you know.

We will be hosting our event this month, 25th October to spread awareness, support, and honor the fighters, survivors and those we have lost. 🩷

We encourage our community to come together as one with the theme “touch of pink” and enjoy the morning with us.

On behalf of The Hills Fitness Centre Community… Donations have been well received and we would like to take this moment to thank everyone who’s supported this initiative. Close to 10 boxes of kids clothes and shoes including a big suitcase, about 4 boxes of toys, a box full of books and an entire car bed. 🙌🏾

We strongly believe that giving is the beginning of receiving. Alone we can only do so much but together we can do so much more.

Hope you doing well… This is a kind reminder of our upcoming event this weekend, please note, we are looking to start the run at 6:30am instead of 07:00am for all the 10km Runners.

These changes were considered due to another Run that’s happening abit later at Reddford on the same day. We are hoping to give everyone an equal opportunity to participate on both should they wish to.

Everything else on the Program goes as planned…

We are still accepting donations for those in need, drop off at the gym, give away is on Monday.

Donations to the less fortunate are welcome, you can help with anything you can such as, stationary, uniform, books, shoes, food, etc.

Notice to All The Hills Estate Fitness Centre Members/Residents

Dear Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you of some important changes coming to the coaching team at The Hills Fitness Centre, effective from 2025.

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best fitness experience possible, we will temporarily be pausing our current coaching schedule for a period of 1-2 weeks, during the Holiday season and resume from 6th January. This pause will allow us the necessary time to reassess our team and carefully evaluate the coaches we will be working with moving forward.

We understand that consistency in coaching is essential to your fitness journey, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition. Rest assured, we are committed to selecting the right team of coaches who will continue to support your goals and ensure that our programs remain of the highest quality.

Further updates regarding the new coaching lineup and schedules will be shared in due course. We encourage you to reach out to the Gym Management Team should you have any questions or concerns.
